Executive Director, Pediatric Home Health Greater Dallas, TX Area

The Company is seeking an Executive Director for its Pediatric Home Health program. The successful candidate will be responsible for directing the business and clinical-operational functions of the program, ensuring full compliance with all relevant regulations and requirements. This includes serving as the designated Administrator, overseeing client intake, and coordinating skilled private duty nursing for pediatric clients in the home. The role also involves direct management of the nursing staff, including scheduling, staffing, and competency validation, as well as partnering with the Supervising Nurse/Director of Nursing on clinical oversight and plan-of-care compliance. Applicants must have at least one year of management or supervisory experience in a health-related setting, pediatric clinical experience with high-acuity and technology-dependent minors, and current CPR/BLS certification. The ideal candidate will have an active Texas RN license, prior experience in a similar role, and a strong understanding of HCSSA regulatory knowledge, survey readiness, and documentation accuracy. Core competencies for the role include clinical judgment, staff supervision, family communication, operational and budget management, and a commitment to data-driven decision-making and quality improvement. The Executive Director will be expected to be on-site during operating hours and to demonstrate a proactive approach to ensuring the highest standards of care for the pediatric clients.
