Vice President, Finance Accounting Lead Analyst Greater Dallas, TX Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Finance Accounting Lead Analyst to provide technical expertise and contribute to financial accounting strategy. Responsibilities include managing finance data flows and ensuring the integrity and completeness of financial records, transactions, reconciliations, and consolidated statements for management and regulatory reporting. The role reviews accounting controls, supports policy and procedure implementation, and partners with stakeholders and audit teams to resolve issues and ensure reporting accuracy. The successful candidate will advise senior stakeholders, identify and escalate risks, and help establish standards across multiple processes. Candidates should have 6–10 years of accounting management experience, including stakeholder management, and a Chartered Accountant, MBA, CPA, or equivalent qualification. A bachelor’s or university degree is required; a master’s degree is preferred. Strong expertise in financial accounting, accounting processes and controls, management reporting, policy and regulation, and risk management is essential. The role also calls for advanced analytical judgment, clear communication and diplomacy, the ability to influence stakeholders, and independence in handling complex issues.
