Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their team. The CFO will be a key strategic partner to the executive team, responsible for overseeing all financial functions, including accounting, financial reporting, capital markets support, treasury management, and investor reporting. This role is pivotal in shaping the financial strategy, strengthening operational infrastructure, and supporting the firm's expansion. The successful candidate will lead and mentor the finance and accounting team, ensure strong financial controls and reporting standards, and manage capital raising efforts. The ideal CFO will have a proven track record in a similar role, with experience in the real estate or related industry. They should be adept at managing lender relationships, overseeing debt compliance, and leading budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. A collaborative, high-performing culture is essential, and the CFO will be expected to build and develop the finance and accounting team accordingly. The role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to partner with the executive team on capital allocation decisions and long-term growth initiatives. A strong educational background in finance, accounting, or a related field is necessary, and a CPA or MBA is preferred.
