The Company is in search of an Executive Director and General Manager to oversee its Wireless Team within the Tactical Sensors and Effects Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team that supports a range of mission-critical activities, including SIGINT, EW, communications, and spectrum management, through the development and delivery of customized RF technologies and secure communication products. This role demands a leader with full P&L accountability, a strong background in technical and business leadership, and a proven track record in growing and managing large, complex portfolios. The Executive Director will be tasked with meeting and exceeding financial commitments, driving strategic business growth, and fostering a culture of high performance and innovation. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, at least 12 years of related experience, and a deep understanding of DoD and Federal procurement practices. The role requires a leader with a strong technical background in RF technologies and secure communications, as well as experience with SIGINT, EW, cyber, and spectrum management customers. The ideal candidate will have a Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility, exceptional customer relationship management skills, and a leadership style that inspires success and fosters strong relationships. Responsibilities also include leading market growth strategies, managing product line engineering teams, and identifying potential acquisitions to enhance the company's capabilities.
