Market President Greater Denver, CO Area

The Company is seeking a Market President to set and execute commercial banking strategy across a growth market. Responsibilities include developing new commercial relationships, expanding lending and deposit business, and identifying opportunities to strengthen market presence. The role leads, mentors, and develops commercial banking teams, manages departmental plans and budgets, and promotes collaboration across business areas. The Market President also builds relationships with clients and community stakeholders, represents the organization in the market, and balances growth objectives with organizational risk and priorities. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in business or an equivalent combination of education and experience, at least 15 years of commercial banking experience, and seven or more years of leadership or supervisory experience. Strong commercial lending knowledge, including the ability to assess and structure loans, is required, along with sales, business development, and relationship-building skills. The role calls for sound judgment, critical thinking, adaptability, and the ability to lead through change while fostering accountability, inclusion, and talent development.
