The Company is seeking a Vice President for its Enterprise PMO. The successful candidate will be tasked with the strategic oversight and optimization of the company's portfolio of global initiatives, ensuring their alignment with business objectives and efficient execution. This role requires a leader with a strong background in SaaS, capable of managing complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives and driving continuous improvement. The VP will be responsible for leading a team of program managers, establishing portfolio governance and strategy, and overseeing the execution and delivery of programs. Collaboration with technology executives to enhance enterprise-wide technology portfolio management and refine operational models is also a key aspect of the position. Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' experience in enterprise PMO, technology operations, or transformation leadership, with a proven track record in guiding B2B SaaS organizations through growth and change. The role demands a strategic thinker with hands-on leadership experience, particularly in the areas of capacity planning, risk management, and technology portfolio visibility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial and spend optimization, and be adept at executive reporting and change management. A Bachelor's degree is required, and a PMP, PMI-PMOCP, or equivalent PMO credential is preferred. The VP should be a high-EQ change agent, capable of influencing technology budgets and operating-model decisions, and possess exceptional executive presence and communication skills.
