Associate Vice President, Compliance Monitoring Executive

The Company is seeking a Compliance Monitoring Executive at the Director level to join its Global Compliance Governance and Oversight coverage group. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering compliance monitoring reviews, developing and maintaining the compliance monitoring risk assessment, and enhancing the compliance monitoring program. This role requires a professional with a minimum of 4 years' experience in a relevant field, excellent communication skills, and a strong background in asset management. The role involves working closely with global teams, so practical experience in a cross-regional context and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders are essential. Applicants for this role should be detail-oriented, innovative, and adept at problem-solving. Strong analytical skills, the ability to multitask, and a proactive approach to identifying and implementing new technology and tools are also key requirements. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the investment operations process, knowledge of investments, and strong Excel skills.
