The Company is seeking a Principal Architect (Executive Director) to play a pivotal role in the development and adoption of advanced, cloud-based technologies. The successful candidate will be a key advisor to cross-functional teams on technology selection, with a focus on achieving target state architecture and driving improvements. This role involves the application of enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to accelerate architecture analysis, roadmap development, and design decision-making, while ensuring the appropriate handling of sensitive data. The Principal Architect will also be responsible for developing multi-year roadmaps, representing the organization at technical forums, and guiding the evaluation and adoption of leading-edge solutions. Applicants must have formal training or certification in architecture concepts, hands-on experience in system design, application development, and operational stability, and expertise in one or more programming languages. Deep knowledge of software, applications, and architecture, particularly in the areas of cloud, AI, machine learning, and mobile, is essential. The role requires a demonstrated ability to apply AI capabilities in architecture and engineering workflows, as well as experience in leading product development. The ideal candidate will have industry certification in a relevant technology and experience in small team management. The Principal Architect will be the go-to subject matter expert, contributing to the development of technical methods and ensuring the implementation of secure, high-quality, and well-architected production applications.
