Vice President, Investor Services Operations Greater Dublin, Ireland Area

The Company is in search of a Vice President for Investor Services Operations, with a focus on ETF Basket Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for directing the front door for AP and market maker orders, ensuring compliance with trading profiles and approvals, and maintaining a robust control framework that includes KYC/AML adherence and operational resilience. This role also involves supporting new product launches, representing operations in various forums, and overseeing the orchestration of straight-through processing across custody and fund accounting. Applicants for this role at the company should have a deep knowledge of ETF create/redeem processes, AP onboarding, KYC/AML, DTCC/ICSD settlement, and custody/accounting workflows. The position requires exceptional stakeholder management skills and a minimum of 5 years' experience in transfer agency, ETF operations, or related post-trade functions, including a proven track record of leading managers and multi-disciplinary operations teams. The role is pivotal in governing liquidity and risk management across the primary market, and the ideal candidate will be adept at linking issuer intent to market execution with integrated technology and external settlement.
