Fractional Vice President of ETF Operations

The Company is seeking an International VP of ETF Operations to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the operational aspects of exchange-traded funds (ETFs). This includes but is not limited to, trade settlement, fund accounting, and regulatory compliance. The role involves a high level of interaction with internal and external stakeholders, and the ideal candidate will have a strong background in ETF operations, with at least 5 years' of experience in this specific area. Applicants for the VP of ETF Operations role at the company should have a minimum of 10-15 years' of industry experience, with a focus on ETF operations. A background in a large banking environment is preferred. The role is pivotal in the organization, as the successful candidate will be instrumental in building out a new team in Dublin to support a recent large mandate. The position requires a candidate who is adept at working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is capable of leading and mentoring a team. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential. A degree in finance, business, or a related field is also a requirement.
