Head of Risk

The Company is seeking a Head of Risk to manage the risk framework and controls for an investment management business. Responsibilities include keeping policies and procedures current with regulatory changes, presenting reports to the board on key risks and issues, and serving as a primary contact for the relevant regulator. The role also involves collaborating with a wider risk team on cross-business initiatives. Candidates should have experience in a senior risk role; prior experience as a Head of Risk or designated person is preferred but not essential. A strong understanding of fund regulations and experience working with UCITS funds are required. A collaborative approach and the ability to advise senior stakeholders are also important.
