Associate Vice President, Client Manager, UK Depositary Greater Edinburgh, United Kingdom Area

The Company is in search of an experienced Client Manager to join their team. This client-facing role is pivotal in supporting strategic relationships with asset management clients and serving as the primary point of contact for Depositary services. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key client stakeholders, coordinating the delivery of Depositary services, and ensuring client satisfaction. This includes managing client escalations, participating in service reviews, and identifying opportunities to enhance the client experience. The role also involves partnering with various internal teams to address client requirements, support business growth initiatives, and ensure compliance with regulatory and risk management obligations. Applicants for the Client Manager position at the company should have a proven ability to manage complex client relationships, excellent communication and presentation skills, and a strong organizational and project management background. A risk-excellence mindset, commercial acumen, and a focus on regulatory awareness are essential. The ideal candidate will have a background in client management, relationship management, or a related financial services discipline, with a strong knowledge of the UK funds industry, including UCITS and/or Alternative Investment Funds. Experience in Trustee, Depositary, Custody, Fund Administration, or Asset Servicing environments, as well as a good understanding of FCA regulatory requirements, is also required. Professional qualifications relevant to investment management or financial services are preferred, along with an interest in the evolving UK fund and asset management landscape.
