Head of HR Systems, SAP SuccessFactors

The Company is seeking a Head of HR Systems to lead and develop a regional team responsible for the HR technology landscape. The role oversees system performance, governance, and continuous improvement, while partnering with HR, payroll, IT, and business stakeholders to turn requirements into scalable solutions. Responsibilities include harmonizing HR processes across countries, leading technology projects and transformation initiatives, managing external partners, and ensuring systems meet legal and business requirements. The successful candidate will also oversee testing, releases, change activities, reporting capabilities, and integrations with other enterprise applications. Candidates should have several years of experience in HR technology, HRIS, HR systems, or HRIT, with strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, ideally including Employee Central and payroll-related processes. A proven record of leading international systems projects and transformations, managing cross-functional stakeholders, and supervising people is required. Applicants should understand HR operations and end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, and have experience working with vendors and consulting partners. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills, a pragmatic approach, and professional proficiency in German and English are also required.
