The Company is seeking an SVP for Equity Index Management. This role involves coordinating the rebalancing and maintenance of the indices, driving team initiatives, and process improvements, and serving as a trusted advisor to clients. The SVP will also be involved in aligning the team's day-to-day work, working closely with data, engineering, and product teams to meet client requirements, and ensuring effective decision-making. Applicants should have an academic degree in a relevant field and at least 6 years of experience in a capital markets environment, with a background in index management, ETF solutions, portfolio management, or related areas. The role requires experience in project management, clear communication, and the ability to work with clients and senior stakeholders. A structured, reliable, and collaborative mindset is essential, as is fluency in English, with Python skills being a plus. The ideal candidate will be familiar with equity markets, and have knowledge of ETFs, indices, or systematic strategies.
