Vice President, Product Delivery Manager Greater Geneva, Switzerland Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Product Delivery Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of investment performance analytics and reporting enhancements. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives to improve the efficiency, accuracy, and control of performance analytics and reporting capabilities. This role requires a strong project management background, ideally with technical knowledge of investment performance measurement, and the ability to operate in a global, cross-functional environment. The VP Product Delivery Manager will partner with various stakeholders, including technology, product, operations, legal, compliance, and business, to ensure disciplined delivery practices across all phases of the project, from requirements to release execution. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in finance, mathematics, or a related discipline, and possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. The role involves leading product delivery, project management, and supporting change management and controls activities. The ideal candidate will have experience in product or platform-wide release management, be adept at UAT and production testing, and have a proven track record of driving the resolution of enhancements and defects. A delivery-focused individual who can adapt to changing priorities and work autonomously is essential. Preferred qualifications include proficiency in the product development life cycle, design, data analytics, and a CIPM designation or progress toward it. Knowledge of securities operations, trade processing, and fund accounting, as well as experience with AI and automation/visualization tools, is also a plus.
