Vice President, Strategy & Sustainability

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Strategy and Sustainability to shape and implement strategic direction, translating long-term ambitions into measurable business outcomes. The role leads execution of the strategic plan and key initiatives, develops policies supporting sustainability goals and regulatory requirements, and advances net-zero, circularity, and responsible business objectives. Responsibilities also include identifying acquisition and partnership opportunities, providing market and competitive insights, and preparing business cases for senior decision-making. The Vice President will lead and develop a team while building alignment and effective collaboration across the organization. Candidates should hold a relevant university degree and bring extensive progressive experience in strategy, transformation, or corporate development, including senior leadership and management-team decision-making. They must have a record of leading transformation and aligning stakeholders across functions, cultures, and geographies, along with strong commercial understanding of industrial, technology, or capital equipment businesses. Advanced English skills are required. Knowledge of sustainability strategy, ESG, or regulatory frameworks is an advantage; consulting, investment banking, private equity, corporate strategy, or business development experience is also welcome.
