The successful candidate will be responsible for the oversight of mortgage processing, underwriting, closing, and servicing, ensuring that the entire loan process is efficient, compliant, and delivers a seamless experience for members. This role requires a blend of hands-on leadership and strategic operational oversight, including coaching and developing the team, collaborating with various departments, and leading process improvement and automation efforts. Applicants for the AVP Mortgage Lending Operations position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 10 years' in mortgage lending operations and at least 5 years' in people management.
