Senior Vice President, Commercial Loan Officer

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President, Commercial Loan Officer to lead a team of lenders in evaluating loan applications, assessing creditworthiness, and ensuring documentation meets requirements. Responsibilities include guiding applicants through application requirements, explaining deficiencies when declining loans, approving loans or referring them to a loan committee, and responding to customer questions. The role also focuses on developing business, expanding client relationships and lending activity, and supporting cross-selling efforts. The successful candidate will help grow a territory and may take on broader team leadership responsibilities. Candidates should have at least five years of commercial lending experience, strong credit expertise, and leadership experience or aspirations. A business development mindset and familiarity with sales, commercial loan processing, and closing are required.
