Vice President of Operations

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations to provide strategic and operational leadership across a five-site manufacturing network. The role will develop and execute long-term operations strategy while overseeing manufacturing, engineering, maintenance, warehousing, logistics, and supply chain activities. Key priorities include improving safety, quality, service, productivity, and profitability; leading network optimization, capacity planning, automation, and capital initiatives; and driving continuous improvement and organizational change. The Vice President will also build and develop a strong leadership team and partner across functions to support business objectives. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, operations management, or a related field, and have food manufacturing experience. They should bring at least 15 years of progressive manufacturing leadership, including significant responsibility for complex, multi-site operations, and a record of leading large teams while improving operational performance. Experience with Lean practices, transformation, capital investment, financial management, and manufacturing network optimization is required. Strong communication, influencing, and commercial skills are essential, along with a collaborative leadership style and the ability to develop people and lead change.
