Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Industrial & Construction Services

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to strengthen its finance function and support strategic growth. This hands-on, operational role will oversee accounting and finance processes in a complex, multi-project and multi-geography environment. The CFO will build robust procedures and infrastructure, develop a high-performing finance and accounting team, and establish an effective financial planning and analysis function with useful KPI dashboards and analytics. The role also includes evaluating and implementing systems and technology to support the business. Candidates should bring substantial CFO or senior finance leadership experience, including industrial project accounting, percentage-of-completion accounting, and work-in-progress management. A track record of building strong finance teams and FP&A capabilities is essential, along with the ability to lead by example and hold teams accountable. Experience selecting and implementing enterprise systems is an asset, as is exposure to international growth.
