The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to serve as a strategic execution partner and trusted advisor to its Wind EHS leader. The role will transform the EHS operating system using Lean principles, establish governance and operating rhythms, and turn strategic priorities into measurable goals and sustainable standard work. Responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional initiatives, leading safety governance, monitoring performance through KPIs and dashboards, and supporting executive communications, resource planning, and change management. The successful candidate will also coach teams in Lean practices, use structured problem-solving to identify improvements, and help embed a proactive safety culture across the organization. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in EHS, engineering, or a related technical discipline, along with experience designing and implementing Lean management systems and leading governance mechanisms across multiple initiatives. Strong stakeholder influence, performance measurement and reporting, change management, and the ability to translate strategy into actionable processes are required. Preferred qualifications include Lean or Six Sigma certification, a master’s degree or MBA, and experience in a high-hazard, industrial, or wind energy environment. Executive presence, business acumen, and success leading change in complex, evolving organizations are also valued.
