Head of Corporate Controlling

The Company is seeking a Head of Corporate Controlling to lead group-wide financial planning and reporting for an international business. The role includes managing and developing a small, experienced team, overseeing reporting across profit and loss, balance sheet, cash flow, and key performance indicators, and ensuring timely month-end processes and reliable data. The successful candidate will present financial developments and recommendations to senior leadership, identify opportunities for improvement, and partner with operational teams. They will also modernize and automate reporting and consolidation, contribute to an ERP implementation, develop performance and control systems, and provide financial support for M&A projects. Candidates should have a business administration degree and substantial experience in international corporate or group controlling. Strong expertise in group reporting, consolidation, monthly financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting is required, along with the ability to turn complex financial information into clear recommendations. Experience with ERP and business intelligence tools, process automation, and M&A is valuable; leadership experience is preferred. The role also calls for entrepreneurial thinking, initiative, pragmatic execution, and effective communication in both German and English.
