Vice President, Threat Response & Global SOC Operations

The Company is seeking a Vice President to lead its threat response and global security operations. This executive will set the strategy, roadmap, governance, and performance measures for 24/7 security operations, threat research, detection and response, and security program management. Responsibilities include overseeing operational leaders and technical architecture, advancing AI-enabled workflows and automation, and improving detection quality, response speed, analyst productivity, and customer outcomes. The role also partners with cross-functional teams to turn threat intelligence, customer needs, and operational insights into stronger capabilities, while building an accountable, high-performing organization. Candidates should bring 12–15 or more years of progressive cybersecurity and security leadership experience, including significant responsibility for scaled operational and technical teams. Experience leading or transforming a 24/7 security operations center or comparable threat response organization is required, along with strong knowledge of modern detection and response practices, threat intelligence, incident response, and security analytics. Applicants should have experience applying AI, data science, machine learning, or automation to security operations and a record of leading teams across multiple technical disciplines. Strong business judgment, customer focus, and executive communication skills are essential; relevant security certifications or equivalent experience are preferred.
