Assistant Vice President, Data & Analytics, Enterprise Data Products & Enablement

The Company is seeking an Assistant Vice President of Data & Analytics Architecture to lead architecture teams across enterprise data products and data enablement. The role will set technical strategy and roadmaps for data platforms, master data management, geospatial capabilities, governance, cataloging, metadata, lineage, and data quality. The successful candidate will guide the design and delivery of secure, scalable cloud-based data solutions, including generative business intelligence and AI-enabled capabilities. Responsibilities also include aligning architecture with business goals, leading proofs of concept and modernization efforts, reducing technical debt, and influencing senior leaders across technology and business teams. The role will also involve developing and retaining high-performing architecture talent. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in computer science, a related STEM or technology field, or equivalent education and experience, along with at least eight years of architecture or software engineering experience and three years of technical leadership. Strong hands-on engineering expertise with modern technologies and a record of delivering complex, large-scale technology strategies are required. Applicants should bring executive-level leadership, experience shaping enterprise architecture and roadmaps, and the ability to mentor technical teams and lead transformational change. Agile experience, strong business and communication skills, and knowledge of insurance technology are valuable; insurance experience is preferred.
