The Company is seeking a Regional President to lead regional operations and execute the business plan, including budgeting, supervision, and reporting results to senior leadership. Responsibilities include growing and managing the business loan portfolio, supporting profitability and risk management, and coaching and developing lending teams. The President will build and maintain customer and stakeholder relationships, oversee departmental budgets and operations, and coordinate across departments. The role also includes ensuring regulatory compliance, monitoring business trends, and representing the organization in community and industry activities. Candidates should have at least 15 years of professional experience and a master’s degree or advanced professional certification or training, or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
