Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead and develop its operations and organization. The CEO will be responsible for the performance of the pension fund’s investment assets and will report to its board of directors. The role calls for strategic leadership, effective management of the organization, and oversight of its responsibilities within the employment pension sector. Candidates should have substantial experience in employment pensions and related regulations, along with a record of successfully managing investment assets. A suitable master’s degree and broad experience leading organizations are required. The ideal candidate is goal-oriented, collaborative, creative, and proactive, with excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong interpersonal abilities and fluency in English and Swedish are valued.
