Associate Vice President, DCC Operations Greater Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam Area

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President, DCC Operations to oversee daily operational activities, including corporate actions, cash transfers, billing, reconciliations, static data, settlements, foreign exchange, reporting, and client queries. The role is responsible for maintaining efficient, compliant processes and delivering high-quality client service. Key duties include supervising team members, managing operational risk, coordinating with other departments to streamline processes, and ensuring work meets client service agreements and regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will also review and update procedures and support automation to reduce errors. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree and 2–5 years of relevant experience; experience in markets and securities services is an advantage. Completion of securities courses is also beneficial. Candidates should be cautious, meticulous, well organized, professional, and committed, with strong spoken and written English skills.
