Head of Production

The Company is a global high-precision manufacturing firm with a strong focus on complex, high-tolerance mechanical components for the Hi-Tech Manufacturing sector. They are in search of an experienced Head of Production to lead and oversee all manufacturing operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality, productivity, efficiency, and on-time delivery. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily factory operations, developing and executing production plans, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This role requires a leader with a proven track record in high-precision manufacturing, strong leadership and people management skills, and a commitment to operational excellence. Applicants for the Head of Production role at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant engineering discipline and have a minimum of 8-15 years' experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 5 years in a senior production leadership position. The role demands a leader with a strong background in high-precision manufacturing, including precision machining and CNC machining, and a deep understanding of ISO systems, quality management standards, and manufacturing compliance requirements. The ideal candidate will be results-oriented, with a hands-on leadership approach, and possess excellent planning, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office is required, and experience in driving productivity, quality, delivery, and cost improvements is essential.
