Vice President, Strategic Communications, Brand & Customer Insights Greater Hong Kong Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Strategic Communications, Brand, and Customer Insights. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing integrated marketing communications programs that align with business priorities and growth objectives. This role involves leading social media strategy, content planning, campaign execution, and performance optimization to enhance client engagement and digital presence. The VP will also manage marketing content across various channels, lead client engagement programs, and events that strengthen customer relationships and support business development. A key aspect of the role is to lead customer insights, market intelligence, and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategy and translate customer needs into actionable business recommendations. Applicants must have a degree in marketing, communications, business administration, market research, or related disciplines, with at least 8 years of experience in marketing communications, social media, customer engagement, or related fields, preferably within banking, financial services, or multinational organizations. The role requires a proven track record in integrated marketing campaigns, social media management, event management, and stakeholder engagement. Strong skills in customer analytics, market research, and performance measurement are essential, as is experience in supporting business development, partnerships, or ecosystem-building initiatives. The ideal candidate will be commercially minded, results-oriented, and able to translate insights into actionable business outcomes. Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese are required, with Mandarin being an advantage.
