Vice President of Finance Greater Honolulu, HI Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Finance to lead financial strategy across a multi-property hospitality portfolio. The role partners with property leaders and ownership groups to improve commercial performance, guide regional strategy, and support capital planning and investment decisions. Responsibilities include overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, internal controls, audits, and regulatory compliance, while identifying risks and recommending practical improvements. The successful candidate will also develop finance leaders, build talent pipelines, and foster trusted relationships with property teams and owners. Candidates should have at least 10 years of progressive hotel finance experience, including multi-property leadership, and a strong record of influencing operational and commercial decisions. Deep knowledge of hotel accounting standards, GAAP, internal controls, management agreements, and owner reporting is required, along with advanced Excel and experience with financial systems and planning tools. A four-year degree in accounting or finance is preferred; a relevant professional certification is a plus. Strong communication, sound judgment, and demonstrated ability to develop finance talent are essential.
