Vice President of Finance

The Company is in search of a strategic and hands-on Vice President of Finance to join their corporate team. The successful candidate will serve as a key partner to the Chief Financial Officer and senior leadership, advancing capital strategy, evaluating financing and acquisition opportunities, and guiding financial decisions to support long-term growth. This role requires a leader with a strong financial background, sharp business insight, and the ability to translate complex analysis into clear direction. Responsibilities include leading the development and execution of financial strategies, partnering on capital-raising and financing strategies, and establishing capital allocation guidelines. The VP of Finance will also be involved in financial planning, forecasting, and modeling, as well as overseeing treasury operations and cash management. Applicants for the Vice President of Finance position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of progressive experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or related financial leadership roles. Experience in investment banking, financial leadership within a private equity-backed company, or a role with significant capital-raising responsibility is strongly preferred. The role demands a professional with a proven track record in financial modeling, strategic analysis, and capital allocation, as well as the ability to develop a team and lead cross-functional initiatives. Executive-level presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential, as is a strategic, hands-on approach with high integrity and the ability to manage competing priorities. Experience in a customer-oriented industry is also a strong preference.
