Assistant Vice President, Management Information & Reporting Greater Hyderabad, India Area

The Company is seeking an Assistant Vice President for Management Information and Reporting. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the end-to-end Management Information strategy and reporting framework for the operations portfolio. This includes the development and maintenance of executive dashboards, scorecards, and Key Performance Indicators to provide actionable insights to senior management. The role also involves designing, automating, and optimizing recurring management reports, analyzing operational performance trends, and providing data-driven recommendations. The candidate will be expected to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of operational data, lead root cause analysis, and develop forecasting models to support business planning. To be successful in this role, candidates must have a strong background in Management Information and analytics, with advanced reporting skills and experience in data visualization tools. A minimum of 5-6 years' experience in Management Information, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or Banking Operations is required. The role demands a high level of attention to detail, a strong ownership mindset, and the ability to work across multiple priorities. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential, as is the ability to partner with cross-functional teams and present insights in governance forums. Experience in data governance, reporting automation, and process improvement, as well as knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or Business Intelligence methodologies, is an advantage.
