Associate Vice President, Product Owner Greater Hyderabad, India Area

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President, Product Owner to lead requirements and delivery for key enterprise data management capabilities. The role includes shaping capability roadmaps, translating business needs into prioritized features, and defining requirements such as epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria. The Product Owner will work with engineering, architecture, and client teams; lead client workshops and design reviews; manage priorities, dependencies, and risks; and guide user acceptance testing and release readiness. Responsibilities also include tracking delivery outcomes and supporting the development of business analysts and junior product team members. Candidates should have at least 12 years of experience in product management or business analysis for software products, ideally in financial services, capital markets, or enterprise SaaS. Experience with enterprise data management, including entity resolution, identifiers, security master, or reference data, and strong knowledge of financial markets and the investment lifecycle are required. Applicants should be skilled in requirements gathering and stakeholder communication, with a working understanding of cloud-native, API-driven, and multi-tenant architectures; SQL and data analysis are advantageous. Agile delivery experience and familiarity with relevant project tools are expected. A bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, finance, or a related field is required; progress toward a relevant professional designation is desirable.
