Associate Vice President, Supplier Risk & Analytics Lead Greater Hyderabad, India Area

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President, Supplier Risk & Analytics Lead to oversee supplier evaluations, due diligence, ongoing monitoring, and quality assurance activities. The role will help mature supplier risk processes through simplification, consistent execution, and regulatory compliance, while maintaining program procedures and guidance materials. The successful candidate will collaborate with legal, compliance, operational risk, audit, and procurement stakeholders; support audits and regulatory requests; and prepare senior management reports on supplier risk trends. The position also includes cross-training with team members and contributing to process improvements. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree and at least five years of financial services experience, or seven years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree, along with three or more years of process management or leadership experience. Required qualifications include knowledge of risk management and supplier monitoring, experience with third-party risk tools or similar platforms, strong Excel skills, and experience defining business requirements and conducting user acceptance testing. Applicants should demonstrate strong analytical, facilitation, communication, and problem-solving abilities, and be comfortable working independently in complex environments. Experience in financial services supplier management, project delivery, regulatory compliance, and influencing senior stakeholders is an advantage.
