The Company is seeking an Executive Director of Finance to lead enterprise financial planning and analysis across multiple business portfolios. The role oversees planning, budgeting, forecasting, long-range strategy, profitability management, pricing, and business decision support. The executive will advise senior leaders on performance, investments, growth opportunities, and operational efficiency, while partnering with business development and service leaders on new opportunities, due diligence, and business cases. Responsibilities also include evaluating contracts and pricing, improving margins, monitoring contract profitability, and leading cost optimization. The role will modernize finance capabilities through data, automation, analytics, and digital tools while building an accountable, collaborative, and innovative team. Candidates should hold a Chartered Accountant qualification or an MBA in Finance and have at least 18 years of progressive experience in FP&A, commercial, strategic, corporate, or business finance. At least 10 years of experience leading large finance teams and developing talent is required, along with a record of advising executives and influencing strategic decisions. Key expertise includes financial planning and analysis, commercial finance, pricing, profitability management, business case development, financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and cost optimization. Strong leadership, communication, collaboration, analytical, and change-management skills are essential.
