The Company is seeking a Global Head of Client Authorities and Confirmation Services to lead the strategic execution of customer servicing across the client lifecycle. This role is pivotal in the end-to-end transformation of client journeys, with a focus on delivering safe growth and non-financial risk expertise. The successful candidate will be responsible for the operational delivery of client authorities and confirmation services, acting as the single point of accountability for the end-to-end client experience. This includes redesigning and simplifying the service model, driving operational delivery aligned with business priorities, and leading the transformation and technology delivery to enhance the client experience. Applicants must have a proven track record in running large, multi-market teams and be comfortable operating at the intersection of operations and technology.
