Head of Technical & Operations

The Company is seeking a Head of Technical and Operations with a strong background in sandwich panel manufacturing processes, refrigeration/HVAC principles, and cleanroom engineering. The successful candidate will be responsible for project management, including owning OTIF and project margin on multiple projects, and must have a disciplined approach to this aspect of the role. Experience in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and TPM is essential, as is a proven track record in vendor management and value engineering. The role also requires a working knowledge of ERP, CAD, and project management tools, as well as excellent stakeholder management skills and a bias for action. Applicants for the Head of Technical and Operations position at the company should have 10-15 years' experience, with a clear focus on either turnkey cleanroom or controlled-environment EPC projects or sandwich panel/insulated panel manufacturing.
