The Company is seeking a Vice President of Data & Analytics Solutions to lead a team delivering analytics and automation for compliance testing. Responsibilities include managing a portfolio of concurrent projects, developing reusable analytical solutions, and applying data exploration and machine learning to strengthen controls and risk management. The role also involves building stakeholder relationships, expanding the analytics toolkit, and providing clear reporting through dashboards, scorecards, and presentations. The successful candidate will ensure solutions meet control requirements and document business needs, procedures, and testing approaches for ongoing use. Candidates should have a postgraduate qualification in data analytics and automation and at least 12 years of experience in automation and analytics. A proven ability to manage large project portfolios and deliver solutions using tools such as Python, Alteryx, and UiPath is required; experience in business analysis or product management is an advantage. Background in audit, testing, compliance, or risk management is preferred but not essential. Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and executive presence are important, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to oversee scalable machine learning solutions.
