Market President Greater Indianapolis, IN Area

The Company is seeking a Market President to lead the launch, growth, and operations of its Indiana health plan. The role is accountable for market strategy and overall performance, including financial, membership, quality, and operational objectives. Responsibilities include supporting business development, capture planning, implementation, and launch readiness, while providing executive oversight across key functional areas. The Market President will also build relationships with state agencies, providers, community leaders, and other strategic partners, and ensure coordinated, compliant delivery of member-centered care. Candidates must have at least 10 years of experience in managed care, health plan operations, healthcare delivery, or government-sponsored healthcare programs. Significant experience leading Medicaid strategy and operations is required, with Medicare and/or Exchange experience preferred. Applicants should demonstrate success in market launches, implementation, operational readiness, and ongoing plan performance, along with experience engaging state agencies, regulators, providers, and community stakeholders. The role also requires financial accountability, strategic planning, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional executive leadership.
