Vice President, Platform Engineering

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Platform Engineering to lead the technology strategy and global adoption of shared platform capabilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and evolution of platform architecture and services, with a focus on identity, access, SSO, portal and design system, observability, metrics, monitoring, and billing. This executive will oversee a large global team and work across business units to ensure the platform is secure, scalable, and supports the company's growth and innovation. Key responsibilities include leading enterprise platform modernization, establishing engineering standards, and shaping the technology governance to align with business priorities. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' leadership experience in platform engineering, infrastructure engineering, identity and access management, or technology product management, with a proven track record in building and scaling cloud platforms at an enterprise level. The role requires a deep understanding of platform technologies and the ability to influence senior executives. Experience in regulated industries and a strong background in driving enterprise-wide transformation are essential. The VP will also be expected to engage with executive leaders across the business and act as an ambassador for the company's platform engineering capabilities.
