This role involves being the primary contact for complex tax issues, as well as leading a team in the direct supervision of tax engagements. The Tax Managing Director will also be involved in strategic decision-making, including the development of new ideas to benefit clients and the firm. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree, with a preference for a Master's in accountancy or taxation, and at least 10 years' of relevant tax experience. A CPA, Attorney, or EA certification is required. The role demands a high level of technical expertise in various areas of taxation, including international tax, and the ability to apply this knowledge to real-world business scenarios. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in tax consulting, be adept at research, and have the capacity to manage and develop a team of tax professionals.
