Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to lead its Christian ministry and advance its work serving people experiencing homelessness and hardship. The CEO will guide organizational strategy and operations, develop staff and leaders, and strengthen the organization’s financial sustainability. The role also involves building relationships with churches, donors, businesses, and community partners, communicating the mission, and personally helping secure resources. The CEO will provide spiritual leadership and ensure programs and services work together to support the organization’s purpose. The ideal candidate will demonstrate mature Christian faith and be able to lead with humility, sound judgment, and care for people. They should have experience leading complex organizations, developing capable teams, translating vision into practical decisions, and understanding the connections among finances, programs, facilities, fundraising, and staffing. Strong relationship-building and communication skills are essential, along with experience cultivating donors and soliciting significant gifts. The candidate should also bring financial stewardship, discretion, and the ability to set clear expectations while supporting staff growth.
