The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President for Payment Investigation and Quality Assurance. The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing and managing a team that ensures a high standard of service in payment investigation, helpdesk, and quality assurance. This role is pivotal in maintaining customer satisfaction and achieving service level agreements (SLA), turnaround time (TAT), and productivity targets. The jobholder will also be tasked with managing resources effectively, controlling costs, and driving operational excellence to support business growth. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the financial industry, with a background in operations, and a strong knowledge of payment products and risk management. The role requires a leader with the ability to interact, communicate, and negotiate effectively at all levels, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, passionate about numbers, and proactive in driving innovation and process improvements. A deep understanding of payment systems, including HUB core banking, SWIFT, and central bank regulations, is essential. The role also involves coaching and developing staff, handling customer queries, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
