Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), Security Operations

The Company is seeking a senior security operations leader to own cybersecurity incident response, threat detection, and digital forensic investigations. The role leads and develops a technical response team, manages incidents from initial response through investigation and remediation, and coordinates timely updates with business and technical stakeholders. Responsibilities also include conducting root-cause analysis, applying lessons learned to improve security, supporting security engineering, and contributing to planning and budget discussions. The leader will build relationships across the organization, guide security assessments, and assess emerging threats to help strengthen security practices. Candidates should have a strong record of leading major cyber incidents and investigations, managing response teams, and engaging senior stakeholders, including executive leadership and boards. Experience investigating cloud and SaaS environments, and working with SIEM, SOAR, automation, and security engineering teams, is required. The role calls for the ability to translate technical findings into business impact and drive organizational, cultural, and process improvements. Relevant industry experience is an advantage, as are certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, or SANS GIAC.
