The Company is in search of a Chief Representative for its Indonesia Representative Office. The successful candidate will serve as the senior on-the-ground representative, with a focus on strengthening the company's presence in the local market and supporting enterprise-wide engagement in a compliant and effective manner. This role involves acting as a key local connector for offshore business leaders, providing insights on market developments, and building and maintaining senior relationships with various stakeholders. The Chief Representative will also be responsible for ensuring that all activities are in line with regulatory permissions, local legal requirements, and the company's internal policies and standards. Applicants for the Chief Representative role should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with an advanced degree preferred. Significant experience in financial services, particularly in international banking, market development, and strategic relationship management, is required. A strong understanding of the Indonesian financial services market, regulatory environment, and local business landscape is essential. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building trusted senior-level relationships, exercising sound judgment in regulated environments, and a clear understanding of the role boundaries in a representative office structure. Excellent communication, coordination, and influencing skills are a must, as is a high level of integrity, energy, and a hands-on approach. Prior experience in a similar leadership role within a foreign financial institution in Indonesia is highly advantageous.
