Head of Business Process Improvement

The Company is seeking a Head of Business Process Improvement to lead enterprise-wide process architecture and operational excellence across complex operational environments. Responsibilities include mapping and optimizing workflows, standardizing procedures, and applying continuous improvement methods to reduce bottlenecks and improve efficiency. The role will strengthen financial controls and anti-fraud measures, optimize procurement, order fulfillment, and reporting processes, and support readiness for digital transformation by serving as a process architect during system implementations. The successful candidate will also lead change initiatives, define and monitor process KPIs, and conduct compliance audits. Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, business management, accounting or finance, or information systems; an MBA is an advantage. At least eight years of experience in business process management, continuous improvement, or operational excellence is required, including three years in a managerial role leading organization-wide process improvement or procedure restructuring. Relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, heavy fabrication, or construction is preferred, along with expertise aligning field operations and financial systems. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is required, while Black Belt certification is preferred; familiarity with internal control or quality management frameworks, change management, KPI development, and process audits is also expected.
