Head of Finance, Retail

The Company is seeking a Head of Finance to oversee finance and accounting operations across a multi-entity retail business. Responsibilities include leading financial reporting, compliance, internal controls, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, while providing analysis and insights to support strategic decisions. The role will partner with operations, supply chain, and commercial teams, improve cost management through product costing and variance analysis, and support audits and tax compliance. It will also drive finance process improvements and develop the finance team. Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field, and have 10–15 years of accounting, finance, and tax experience in FMCG or manufacturing. Experience managing end-to-end finance operations across multiple entities or outlets is required, along with strong knowledge of accounting standards, product costing, variance analysis, and financial controls. Hands-on experience with SAP ECC Controlling is essential. The ideal candidate brings strong financial analysis, problem-solving, leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
