Vice President of Engineering

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Engineering to set the technical strategy and roadmap for its digital operations. The role oversees end-to-end engineering across backend, frontend, applications, and data platforms, while standardizing frameworks and processes across teams. Responsibilities include designing business process flows and data pathways, ensuring software and data solutions meet quality standards, and coordinating engineering resources for cross-functional projects. The VP will promote AI-enabled workflows, strengthen information security and regulatory compliance, manage technology risks, and foster continuous improvement and collaboration. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field and at least 10 years of experience in IT engineering or similar roles within large-scale organizations. They must bring expertise in designing reliable, scalable, and secure system architectures, along with strong skills in system design, software quality assurance, compliance, and risk management. Advanced knowledge of security assessment methods—including threat modeling, vulnerability analysis, and penetration testing—is required. The role also calls for experience leading cross-functional teams, familiarity with enterprise AI workflows, and the ability to uphold information security, quality, safety, environmental, and other applicable standards.
