The Company is seeking a Data and AI Governance Product Lead, Vice President to spearhead the development and scaling of governance products that enhance decision-making, strengthen controls, and improve data outcomes. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping a modern product roadmap with a focus on automation, standardization, and measurable risk reduction. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, data science, legal, and risk, to deliver user-friendly and auditable tools that meet the evolving regulatory landscape and complex stakeholder needs. The Vice President will also lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery to adoption, and will be instrumental in driving the modernization of governance processes. Applicants must have a minimum of 7 years' experience in product management, data strategy, program management, consulting, or internal strategy within financial services, fintech, or a similarly regulated industry. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline is required, with an advanced degree being a plus. The role demands a candidate with a proven track record in leading product lifecycle activities, a strong understanding of data and AI governance concepts, and the ability to translate technical topics into practical product solutions. The ideal candidate will have a background in building or enhancing data governance products, experience in automation and standardization initiatives, and familiarity with governance patterns for analytics and AI/ML use cases.
