Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to provide visionary, strategic, and operational leadership in alignment with its mission and values. The CEO will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality, innovative, and person-centered services that exceed regulatory and stakeholder expectations. This role involves championing a culture of dignity, inclusion, and continuous quality improvement, as well as fostering strategic partnerships to enhance community integration opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in organizational management, including budget management, and a strong background in revenue growth and operating discipline. They must also be adept at leading a large, diverse workforce and driving growth and innovation to strengthen the organization's impact and long-term sustainability. Candidates for the CEO position at the company should have a minimum of 7 years' executive leadership experience, with a preference for those with over 10 years in a similar role. A Bachelor's degree is required, and a Master's degree is preferred. The successful candidate will have a passion for advancing opportunities for people with disabilities and a demonstrated ability to lead organizational growth, innovation, and change management. Essential qualifications include a strong understanding of nonprofit leadership, regulatory compliance, and outstanding interpersonal, communication, and public relations skills. The CEO will also be the primary steward of the organization's financial and physical resources, responsible for long-term sustainability and responsible growth.
